We realise that delivery is one of the main concerns that people have when ordering from anyone online. That said, at our heart, we're customers too. We, like you, want our products quickly, securely and cost efficiently - which is exactly what we aim to do at Anode Outlet.

Delivery & Despatch Times:

We believe in fast delivery, and so our standard delivery method is for tracked, next working day courier service with a one hour time slot that you can change if you wish to do so (Scottish Highlands, Islands and British Isles please see below).

Naturally, this is subject to stock availability, orders being received by 1pm on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) and the delivery location. If it transpires an item is out of stock, we will request our supplier sends the item to you directly to save time. If this is not possible, we will contact you to see if you wish to continue with the order. Regardless, we will keep you updated if there are any undue delays in delivering your items. European and International orders may take longer.

Delivery Times - Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands:
To save having to charge additional delivery charges to these areas, we have chosen a delivery partner who aims to deliver parcels, tracked, within 3-5 working days, but this is cannot be guaranteed and is subject to your location. If you require a faster courier service, please contact us prior to ordering, so we can quote you accordingly.

Despatch Times:
Where items are in stock and ordered by the cut-off time of 1pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), we will despatch your order on the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

Free Delivery:
Free Delivery is available on certain items and is stated on the checkout page. Although some items may attract Free Delivery, on rare occasions Delivery will still sometimes need to be charged after checkout depending upon the delivery address and nature of the item, but we will inform you of this before any charge for delivery is made. If we present a delivery charge you are unhappy with, we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We will never charge you additional postage without confirming with you first.

Buy & Collect Information:
Buy and collect is available on articles that are indicated as "In Stock for Delivery or Collection". Other stock indicator messages mean the product is not located at our Rochester store and so can only be collected by prior arrangement. Please call or email us to discuss further.

We do request that you give us a minimum of 3 working hours after reserving your order before visiting the store to collect your item(s).

We strongly recommend you give us a call to ensure everything is ready prior to your travelling.
If the product you have purchased is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible using the details you have given us.

What Happens If You Order An Item That Is Out Of Stock?

If you buy an item that is not in stock you will have the following choices offered to you:

  1. Continue with your order as placed and to receive or collect your item once it is in stock.
  2. Select an alternative product - you will then either be refunded or required to pay any difference in price between that of the original product ordered and the alternative product as chosen.
  3. To cancel your order and receive a full refund.

International Deliveries:

This applies to all countries outside the UK, including Southern Ireland.

When placing an international order, please note that you will be responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), and clearance fees required by your country’s customs authority before your goods are released for delivery.

We cannot take payment for these charges in advance, as the amount is determined by your local customs office at the time of import and varies by country the courier will contact you before delivery will be made to take payment.

All international orders are charged exclusive of VAT at the point of purchase. We communicate postage charges at checkout, or if a shipping quote is required, this will be provided via email prior to order confirmation.

If you choose to refuse the parcel upon delivery, please be aware that:

  • You will still be liable for the customs duties and VAT applied to import the goods into your country.

  • The courier will contact you to process payment for the VAT and taxes, as the courier pays these on your behalf to ensure your goods are released to you without delay.

  • You may also be required to settle any return or handling fees directly with the courier.

  • These charges are non-refundable, as they are imposed by third-party customs and logistics providers, not by us.

  • We only use reputable international couriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT, to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order.
