NACA08-230AL - Tecnoseal Streamlined Aluminium Bolt-on Hull Anode 3.2kg

A streamlined aluminium bolt on hull anode that is perfect for Fairline, Princess and Sunkeeker type boats as it has the same bolt centres as the usual anodes. Tecnoseal has studied a range of hydrodynamic anodes inspired by the airfoils developed by the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (N.A.C.A.), the US federal agency for aerodynamic research - hence the part number. NACA anodes protect boats from corrosion without reducing their performance.

This exclusive design has been designed to minimise drag by 15 times less than the regular anode shape. Reducing drag saves fuel consumption and helps maintain speed with less effort.

The aluminium hull anode is manufactured to US MIL Spec by Tecnoseal in Italy, one of the world's leading suppliers of sacrificial anodes for cathodic protection in the leisure boat market.
